Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major pincodes across India.
If you are in a remote location, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 98203 39514) before placing an order to confirm serviceability.
Dispatch and Processing Time
Ready to Ship: We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2 - 4 working days.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.): 4 - 6 working days.
Rest of India: 5 - 8 working days.
Note: Timelines may vary during festivals or due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on weight and location) will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via Email or SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner's website.
Non-Delivery / Returned to Sender
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address including the Pincode and a valid mobile number.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or availability issues at your end, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
