At Dhriti Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our oxidized silver and imitation jewellery. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Return and No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once sold.
Due to the intimate nature of jewellery and hygiene standards, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind," "didn't like the style," or "size issues."
Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer a replacement or refund in the rare case that a product is received in a damaged condition. To claim this, you must strictly follow the procedure below:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a full, 360-degree unboxing video of the package.
The video must start before opening the courier seal.
The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits.
You must clearly show the damage in the video.
Reporting Timeline: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Submit: Send the unboxing video and your order details directly to our official email: singhbrother299@gmail.com.
Verification: Our team will review the video. If the damage is verified as a transit or manufacturing defect, we will initiate a replacement or refund. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 98203 39514.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
